Returns
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not 100% satisfied, please email us at AvidJewelry@yahoo.com to make us aware of the issue. We will do everything possible to accommodate your needs. If we cannot fulfill your needs, you may return your order for a full refund.
We are not responsible for orders that are lost and/or damaged in transit. We will assist you with any information you may need in order to file a claim with the delivery service.
We do not accept returns or give refunds, exchanges or store credits on custom jewelry. Custom jewelry sales are final. Any deposit made for custom jewelry is non-refundable.
Requirements for returning merchandise:
- We must receive the item(s) within 7 days of receipt.
- Item(s) must be returned in its original new condition - not visibly worn or damaged.
- Item(s) must be returned in and with all its original packaging.
- Return must include the invoice.
- Return must be shipped via registered mail or use delivery confirmation, tracking and/or insurance.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping. If we do not receive the package, we will not issue a refund. Provided all those requirements are met, a refund will be promptly issued upon receipt.
Exchanges
All the requirements and information listed above for returns applies for exchanges.
We would be happy to make an exchange. You can make an exchange of equal value for item(s) returned or for item(s) of greater value, in which you would pay the difference and shipping costs. When you contact us at AvidJewelry@yahoo.com, simply mention that you would like to make an exchange and provide the Product Code and Name of the item(s) you would like to receive. Once the item(s) you request are shipped to you, the exchange is final.
